Australia wide shipping!! Whether you're located in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville, Darwin or any rural area, we'll happily ship to you! 

Please note, there is a $10 minimum on all orders - currently suspended!  We are trialing removing our minimum order!

We ship using Australia Post or WizMe couriers, we offer Standard Shipping as flat rate of $9.90 Australia wide, Express Post is also available.

Your package may be sent via Australia Post, or the courier, depending on size and location.    Both methods are secure, and will require signature on delivery to make sure it is safely arrived.  PLEASE NOTE:  The occasional (rare) bulky item MUST go courier, and therefore cannot ship to a P.O. box if you have ordered a bulky item.  We will advise you if you have ordered one of these items and have a P.O. box address.

Orders over $150.00 will be shipped for free. (Standard post, if you require express post it is at standard rates)

We endeavour to have all orders picked and packed within 24 hours of your order being received and paid for.  From this point it generally takes from 2 – 8 working days to arrive at the destination using Australia Post, depending on how far the package has to travel.

Please remember to take into account weekends and public holidays in these time frames. 

Please allow enough grace time before your event when ordering to ensure that if any unexpected delays occur with Australia Post your order will still arrive in time for your party.

We are based in Melbourne, so as a rough guide,

VIC orders can be expected to take 2 to 5 business days

NSW orders can be expected to take 3 to 5 business days

ACT orders can be expected to take 4 to 5 business days

TAS orders can be expected to take 3 to 5 business days

SA orders can be expected to take 3 to 5 business days

QLD orders can be expected to take 3 to 5 business days

NT orders can be expected to take 4 to 7 business days

WA orders can be expected to take 4 to 8 business days

Australia Post and WizMe are separate entities to our company, and although normally quite reliable we have no control over their delivery time frames once it leaves our warehouse.

If you are not home when your package arrives, it will be returned to the post office (Australia Post) or a local collection point (couriers) and a slip left for you with collection details of which post office it can be picked up from, or how to arrange re-delivery.

If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, you will have the option to either have the package resent, in which case the shipping fee will be recharged, or receive a refund. In the event that a refund is chosen, a re-stocking fee of 20% of the final order total will be charged to the customer. Freight costs will not be refunded. Please ensure your address details are accurate prior to completing your order.

Unfortunately, at this time we do only ship within Australia, so we cannot accept overseas orders.

Every year, no shipping of products will occur on the 24th, 25th or 26th of December.  Shipping will resume on the 27th and 28th (as long as these are weekdays), then from the 29th December through to the 2nd of January nothing will be shipped.  You are still able to place orders during this time, and they will be packed and sent as soon as business resumes.

All capital cities, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Canberra and Darwin can expect slightly faster delivery than out lying towns.

Occasionally we have free shipping promotions.  When this option is used, shipping will be by standard Australia Post or regular courier service.
